Our technology has been specified, designed and built in-house, with no reliance on third party platforms. That makes us pretty unique in the UK and means we're in control of what our technology does (and doesn't do). So we can build deeper integrations, smarter features and simply better technology, without limits.

We believed there needed to be an alternative to the telecos of the past.

Back in 2010 (in our previous business) we’d been talked into purchasing what we were told was a cutting-edge phone system. But it was so complicated, so inflexible and so clunky we completely gave up on the desk phones and just ended up using our own mobiles for business calls instead. Considering what we were paying for our service at the time, it all just felt so wrong!

So, in 2016 we decided that with a blank piece of paper and the latest technologies, we could do it so much better and CircleLoop was born. Our vision was to create a business phone solution that didn’t require:

• A hard sell
• Silly paperwork & contracts
• Site visits & installs
• Expensive, horrible phone hardware
• A degree in telecoms mumbo-jumbo: SIP, VOIP, hunt groups, IVRs... (yawn!)
• A long wait to activate

Telecoms isn’t complicated, though others will allow you to believe it is. It simply needed truly modern software approaches and forward-thinking people to reinvent how it’s done. We’d love to welcome you on our journey - we’re just getting started!
